The Project
The Sound of Entrepreneurship project aims to enhance the competences and entrepreneurial skills of adults working in the music industry, improving their employment opportunities and
self-entrepreneurship through capacity building and innovation. It also wishes to create resilience of the cultural and creative sector by addressing the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic.
The FOCUS GROUP & INTERVIEW represents the first step in the development of new methodologies and tools for non-formal learning in the music industry, investigating the needs, preferences and perceptions of the targets of the project in order to develop coherent and functional training strategies.
The focus group will meet up remotely so as to give music industry professionals the chance to attend and will be recorded.
Partecipants come from the three provinces of Agrigento, Trapani and Palermo,
The initiative is part of the project “The Sound of Entrepreneurship – Leveraging the Entrepreneurial Competences of Musician To Extenuate the Business Knowledge in time of COVID”, which aims to promote resilience and innovation in the music field.
The project is co-funded by the Erasmus Plus programme and is implemented simultaneously in France, Italy, Cyprus, Spain and Ireland.
The project leader is the International Music Council (France), the partner organisations are the Community Foundation of Agrigento and Trapani (Italy), PRISM Impresa Sociale (Italy), EnorosConsulting (Cyprus), GrowthCoop (Spain), Instruction and Formation (Ireland).
